Dominic Herbertson secured results on his first time competing at the Isle of Man TT plus excellent results at the 2014 Scarborough gold cup.
Having made his mountain course debut at last years Manx Grand Prix Dominic went into TT 2014 just aiming to enjoy his first experience of competing at the worlds greatest road race. Supersport TT race 1 saw Dominic produce a calm and measured performance in tricky conditions all round to clinch highly respectable top 50 finish on Herbertson racing ZX6 Kawasaki.
The second supersport race saw great conditions all round the mountain course as Dominic recorded fine 36th place finish. Lightweight TT would see him acquire top 30 placing plus he was leading Suzuki mounted rider during the race as he finished his first Isle of Man TT in highly creditable fashion.
Dominic’s Oliver’s Mount debut started with top six finish in David Jefferies cup b race 1 where he lapped underneath the 1 minute 58 seconds bracket. Second David Jefferies cup b race proved to be a great one for the rider who is set to have a big future in pure road racing as he recorded 4th place finish finishing only four seconds off a top three placing.
Second super twins race was next up and with 12th position achieved it was in all a productive debut around the mount for the sixth place finisher in 2013 newcomers b Manx Grand Prix. Dominic is another up and coming road racer who has the potential to long term secure podium finishes at the North West 200, Ulster Grand Prix, Scarborough gold cup and the Isle of Man TT.
In 2018 Dom achieved 8th place at the Ulster Supersport, 10th in the Supertwin and 7th in the Superbike. He also took 12th place in the IOM TT Supersport race,and clinched his first Mountain Course win with victory in the Locate.im Junior Classic TT Race.
He also won 10th place in the lightweight on the Dynobike Kawasaki.
